BuliderBoy,

Please do check and confirm.  It appears we just need a scan of the ifc and ibc to fix it.  Actually the ibc is just the same as in the previous month's Jungle (I think or it may have been JUmbo)

BTW bb,
I got my Jumbo's and Jungles back from John Fleskes, who had them to get images for an upcoming book he's publishing by Jim Silke on "Jungle Girls". Should be a big hit around here. I had forgotten that I'd lent those to him along with my Jann of the Jungle, White Princess, Lorna the Jungle Girl, Nyoka, and South Seas comics. I have so many comics outstanding in the world at any one time that it is, indeed, frightening. Just thought I'd let you know that the Jumbos and Jungles are back and that I called Gary Groth yesterday and suggested that he'd had the Fight issues entirely just long enough, too. The Fiction House "kids' seem to be coming home...

Any chance we'll get the missing White Princess of the Jungle, and that the Janns could be posted somewhere else?

Great news, Jim.  Like finding your wallet after a frantic search.  Only I would much rather find your stash of Fiction Houses than my wallet!  ::)

I will straighten out the Wings tonight.

Darkmark, if nobody steps up before November, I will ask JVJ to do a box swap and GLADLY scan those beauties!

There you go, DM,
I was just going to suggest you talk to one of the scanners about the WPotJ. The Janns are Atlas and not available for scanning.

Peace, Jim (|:{>

ps. I just got my copy of John's new book of Al Williamson unpublished sketches. Heaven!

Those Jann of the Jungle books had Al Williamson/Ralph Mayo art in them, just beautiful to look at, I'd love to scan those issues Jim, (anything with Al Williamson art in it by the way). But like darkmark stated they couldn't be posted on this site if I did that.

I appreciate the desire, Geo,
but non-PD stuff is not on the table (or the scanner) for sharing from my collection. There's just too much of it and it opens too many questionable doors.

Sorry. I'm sure that Marvel will eventually reprint the stuff in its Masterworks series.

Anybody remember The Old Ranger?
Well, tonight it's 2 old Rangers: #s 9 & 16; both scanned from coverless, so no ifc/ibc, but nice fc+bc from HAG. BUT #9 is also missing the outer wrap.
