I bought it as #13, and I thought I had checked the contents; good thing #12 was needed too.
The ifc however looked familiar, so I checked the current fiche-scans, and it looks like the fiche #13 has #12's ifc

There are two different ifc's whose indicia say #12 and that the next issue is #13, so I assume the ones we have in the original fiche scans of #12 and #13 are correct with the one in #13 simply a misprint. GCD confirms that the recent paper scan is #12. There is a handwritten notation on the top of the first page reading #12 in black ink that was changed to #13 in a bluer ink (or vv I'm not looking at it right now)

This is getting silly. I did check the gcdb, but only after being told my issue is #12.
The fiche-ifc in the corrected paper #12 file is the same as the one in Rolster's old #12 fichescan, so IT IS #12's ifc.
The ifc in the #13 fichescan is different, so that too must be correct even though the indicia & next-issue announcement indicate that it's #12.

You might check with builderboy, guys. I just sent him my copy of Wings #12. It MIGHT resolve the confusion?
