Looking through some of my unsorted paper and found a copy of Muggsy Mouse #3 (Magazine Enterprises). Looks like Muggsy Mouse #1 IW reprints this issue.:) I'll have a scan up soon.

Wacky Woodpecker #1 and 10 are the same and are NOT Toby WW #1 or 2 (thanks to the new scan of #2), so likely #3. This should have a question mark until confirmed, in case it is an unpublished issue or something.
