I checked the list and what I find is the following:
Battle Stories 18 is probably an issue of U.S. FIGHTING Air Force
we have Casper Cat as just Dopey Duck #2
Famous Funnies 18 is probably Avon's Space Comics #5
(My guess on Full of Fun #8 is an issue of Jamboree...but that's a wild guess)
Kiddie Kapers #17 is probably Cowboys 'n' Injuns 7 or 8
Little Spunky 1 appears to be a combination of reprints from at least Novelty's Frisky Fables 23 and some other issue...which might mean it is actually an exact reprint of a late issue of Star's Frisky Fables
Realistic Romances #8 is Avon's Realistic Romances #7
Sharpy Fox 14 is that Ribtickler 7
Speedy Rabbit 1 and 14 is probably Peter Cottontail 1 (put a question mark on those)
There is no Strange Mysteries #1
We have Super Brat #2 as Toby's Super-Brat #2
Super Brat #8 is also Toby's Super-Brat #2
Super Brat #10 is also Toby's Super-Brat #2
Super Rabbit #10 is Key's Peter Cottontail #2
Tell It to the Marines 1 exists and is a reprint of Toby's Tell It to the Marines #15 (which reprinted earlier material)
Wacky Woodpecker 1 and 2 are also likely Two-Bit 1 or 2 (as are 7 and 10)
Ziggy Pig 1 and 7 are the same and from an unidentified issue of Krazy Komics; 2 and 8 are from Silly Tunes 1; there is no #9

We don't have Candy #1
(We are missing the #1 on the first Frontier Romances on the master list here)
We don't have Strange Mysteries #1

And I think those are the only points of disagreements between the data here and at the GCD.
