Thanks for the update - I'll add them into the master list at the front of this topic.
We can't host any of the Timely IW reprints be we certainly welcome any new information on the master list!

We differ on 2 IDS:
The GCD has Casper Cat 7 as only Dopey Duck 2 (not 1)
The GCD has Sharpy Fox 1 as All Surprise 9
Among those you didn't identify:
Space Mysteries 1 is Journey Into Unknown Worlds 4
U.S. Fighting Man 15 is Man Comics 11
and the GCD has Ziggy Pig 7 as an unidentified issue of Krazy Komics (would love to know which)
I have a list of what the GCD still has not identified and some speculation as to their sources, but I havent posted it here because I wasn't sure there was interest. Several of the unidentified IW/Super romances appear to me to be from Popular Teen-Agers, for example.

PLEASE update us when you learn anything new. I'd love to keep the master list at the front of this topic as up to date as possible.
I'll tweak your suggestions and if someone disagrees I hope they'll post here and let the two of you hash it out.
