Uploading scans of others?

Unless you have access to the non-public original uploaded size on GCD, the cover file you have is probably much smaller than people would like.

OTOH you can probably get a very nice and large cover scan at Heritage to merge into the comic-book scan.

Comic Connect has turned out to be a great place recently also, with their large # of auctions. Finally found the last cover for Cowboy Western last night. :) Lots of great covers there.

I would like to make a suggestion/request regarding the uploading of other people's scans.

If it is some one else's scan, please include that information.  And if you just add a cover or fill pages please don't just add your name to the archive.  If you feel the need to add your name in these cases please somehow acknowledge the original scanners, even if unknown.
