I haven't heard from Aussie about these yet Fett, I'll let you know when I do.
Any licensed character in a comic is much more potentially not PD and harder to confirm than an un-licensed one. It makes a publisher like Dell an extra pain to be sure about.

Uploading Soldier And Marine Comics #9 Charlton Dec-1956 36p c2c. This series continued from Foxhole according to the statement of ownership, then switches over to Jerry Drummer with issue 10 (Apr-1957), so this is one of those series with a "hole" in it. Last issue of Foxhole according to all sources I've been able to find is #7 (Mar-1956), but you never know. :) The missing #8 might just be extremely rare. So if anyone has a Foxhole #8 or a Soldier and Marine #8 , indicia should be between Mar-1956 and Dec-1956, please sound off and let us know. :) And of course let me know how much you want for it. ;)
