Moved it while I wait for the higher ups to clarify the situation. It's well documented that John Lustig bought whatever Charlton still had of the title when Charlton was selling off its assets. I think it's open to question if Charlton had renewed or not, though; and some of the later issues the would not have needed to if they were correctly registered in the first place.
With all that said, I believe even if it isn't in the public domain we may have agreed not to host it. So, like I said, waiting on the higher ups.

In the Copyright Office database, I don't see anything resembling a renewal for any "First Kiss" issue. Why are we sure it's still under copyright?

I can't recall checking that one. Aussie might know.

First Kiss does carry a copyright notice but I do not think any were renewed.

To clarify my earlier comment: I do think the book is PD. I think we (or possibly GAC) had said we would not post the scans as a courtesy to John Lustig. Which is what I'm waiting for clarification on. Yoc outranks me, so he can move it back if he wants.
