I could remove and upload it again but hat would bring the page count down to 35. 
If you have a page that is missing it would be best if you used 'EDIT' for the book and uploaded a 'fixed' or 'upgraded' version.

DM, I did take the one page out, if you find the missing page, upload the "fixed" file to the ftp and I can replace it like I did with the one now. Just PM or post it here so I'll  know it ready to be replaced. Thanks.
