Unable to reset my password

Hi, I’ve had an account for many years under the user name Astaldo711. I tried logging in recently and found I forgot my password. I clicked on “reset password” but never got the link to do so. I tried twice since yesterday and checked my spam folder.
I created a new account with an alternate email address, but I’d prefer to use my original.
Can anyone help?
