Hey, exactly what setting did you use on Irfanview? Mine end up pretty huge on 100, but perhaps I shouldn't be disabling chroma color subsampling.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure you're missing a page there. Between 5! and 6! there should be this:

Thanks TV.  Good catch.
I've added the page.  It was going to fall after pg2 with your file name so I tweaked it.
I don't know if Neon Vincent frequents DCM.  The file was found floating on the net and was added here under his name.
