Centaur Comics

Super Ann Star (appeared in the last couple of Mighty Man stories)

The Blue Lady (appeared in, I think, 3 stories, but she had potential)

The Magician From Mars (a bit overpowered, but could be used well)


Dell Comics

Owl Girl (meets the eye candy requirements  ;) )


Is Bell Features PD? I'm not sure about Canada's rules.

If yes then The Wing and possibly the Polka-Dot Pirate.

I know that Nelvana Entertainment and Library of Canada hold copyrights on many of the Bell comics, but they also don't care about people using the characters. They interpret copyright  in a very limited way.

Is Bell Features PD? I'm not sure about Canada's rules.
