I think I've seen mention of CIMOC a time or two. However, I have no idea where to find either paper copies, or scans.

I've never heard of it either.  DCM is mostly English comics only.
Over on CB+ they have a lot more foreign books but I don't see it there either.
Good luck on finding them.
