Issue # 2 could be out by the end of May and will include an interview with Ron Marz and an article which delves into the world of pocket libraries.  Think Buck Ryan; Rip Kirby; Kriminal; Kansas Kid; and adaptations of classic novels by some of the finest artists to have graced the pages of these lovely little books. Sequential #4, the fanzine made in sunny (well, it is sunny today) Scotland is out now.  Featuring a chat with Dan Mora; an in-depth look at the classic Italian strip, Saturno contro La Terra (which is a great, well researched read) and my ramblings on comics in the time of covid. Buy, read, enjoy:-

Sequential #6 is now on sale.
Articles include a great cartoon piece by our pal Ron Harris on word balloons, text boxes and all the weird, wonderful and woeful attempts made in the hope of making a comic strip understandable.  Your MC is Sniffy the Pup.
An insider's illustrated history of inDELLible by Jim Ludwig.
My offering is a look at cats in comics - not funny animal cats:  think superheroes and heroines; masked mystery moggies; femme fatale felines; obscure, great and awful.
Plus, a look back at Night Raven, and "The Power of Three."
Sequential online is here:-

Webstore is here:-

Bouquets and brickbats accepted and expected, preferably not too rude ;)

Sequential #7 available now.  You can order a copy of the fanzine, digital or physical, here:-
https://sequential.online/
https://sequential.webstarts.com/store/product/sequential-7-digital-edition

Graced with an original cover illustration by Alan Davis, there is a lot to get you excited in this issue. A deep delve into the life and career of Kurt Caesar; we dig into the history of The Phantom - from Frew and Egmont to the dodgy Turkish books and more; a look at stretchy superheroes - not the obvious; a bit of a rant about the great bane of comic shops; Caroline Baker, Lady Barrister; an in depth spotlight on the great Reed Crandell.
Try a copy now.  You never know, you might enjoy it.

Sequential # 8 has now been let loose.  Our biggest issue yet with 64 packed pages.  Available both as physical and digital editions.
Try it, you never know, you might like it.
Our cover this issue features the feisty Edith Hardy, owner of the Hardy Detective Agency in '50's Paris, in a perilous situation, revolver in hand.
And you must read Comic Book Cop-Out Master Class by Ron Harris. Although, my piece on The Phantom and the silver screen comes close.

Hey gang,
I've been given a few issues of Sequential to read and enjoyed each of them.  I haven't gotten to read this latest issue but judging by the previous issues I'm sure I'll find things to enjoy and learn about our hobby.

Sequential # 9 is now available.  This issue - Ron Harris brings us The Secret Origin of The Watcher;  A celebration of the 30th anniversary of Glasgow's best comic store, City Centre Comics;
A good long look at Atome Kid and his artist, Bayo, with some examples of his work; a spotlight on Ernie Chan and,  Captain Britain - who he???  Not who or what you think.  Lots of good reading.

Sequential #10 is now available.
This issue we have a look at Marvel Secret Wars and the toys that went with the series, by our editor.
We feature one of the great neglected heroes with lovely art by Lacey and Mendoza.
An article on one of my favourite publishers, Time Bomb Comics  (The Clockwork Cavalier is a good read.)
The long forgotten British artist, Bob Wilkin.
Ron Harris has a great wee piece on Charlton's Mr. and Mrs Chase.
I check out a couple of seriously tasty newspaper strips.
Buy it, read it, enjoy it (or not), write to us, tell your friends.  All comments, good or not so good, welcome.

Sequential #11 has finally seen the light of day:-
https://sequential.online/

80 pages this time and a lot of ground covered, incl, our pal Ron Harris with an excellent piece on the little known Link Studios, a very important supplier of strips for many British comics.
Lots of good stuff, although I admit to giving in to my love of old superheroes, again.

Paw.
