Looking for a comic strip

There was a UK comic strip from the 1970's about a family, husband, wife and two kids on holiday in Russia who where shrunk to toy size and on the run from the scientists who shrunk them, one story had them riding a toy gypsy caravan pulled by two puppies with the father knocked unconscious, the puppies heading towards two soldiers sure to see them. Anyone know what it was called?
