Let's take your list in order.
Sick- still under copyright, I believe by the Joe Simon estate.
Crazy- still under copyright by Marvel, both the comic and magazine versions. If you mean Charlton's "This magazine is Crazy" we have a couple issues:

Madhouse- we have a few of the Ajax/ Farrell issues here, Archie's Madhouse is still under copyright at Archie:

Panic- The comic book is still under copyright by EC. Not sure on the magazine, I thought we had a few issues but I can't find them with a quick search.
