great database fix

Hi,
The gcbdb issue index for the new Exciting 14 needs changing to '1743'
which inspired me the check the old ver, and it needs changing too!

To be fair, there's some confusion over at the Great/Grand cbdb, since issue 44's number was misprinted in the indicia as '14', and both numbers show up in the page title.
