Comment: Unremarkable issue, except it contains the first and only appearance of "The Hawk," by George Brenner. The Hawk has the distinction of being Quality's first masked hero. The Hawk was replaced by Brenner's better known character the Clock (who had had adventure published by another publisher previously) in the next issue.
