| Synopsis: |
At senior prom, when Dot's date Jed tries to kiss her, she runs away. To discourage male attention, Dot deliberately hides her beauty. Jed tries to apologize but she rejects him and he says “I think you’re NUTS!” At college, Dot confides in Kay, who says “something is basically wrong with you!” After graduation, Dot meets Jed again; he kisses her but she slaps him, and he asks Kay for a date instead. Psychiatrist Dr. Lorenz hypnotizes Dot; she remembers being molested by her drunken father. Dot is instantly cured and she reconciles with Jed, whom she’s always loved. |
