Doris gets Larry an art commission from the ad agency where she works, but he says he can’t draw anymore. Doris poses for him and their landlady is scandalized, so Larry marries Doris. He refuses to get a job, and a pregnant Doris leaves him. Larry returns: he’s now working again and reunites with Doris.
