Comment: As with Richard a while back, I am slightly concerned about attribution of credits. This book and a couple of others on DCM are my scans. This is an easy one to i/d as I have the original, physical copy which was used for the scan, before me right now. It's no big thing but I'd like to think scans found on CB+ were correctly attributed.
