Comment: NOTE: JVJs annotations card says "over" on it but that other side was not scanned. I gave you what I got. I especially like "Red" Holmdale's nifty lift of Chester Gould's style in "Murder for Pennies." Not til Marti's "The Cabbie" have I seen as clean an homage to Gould as this, or maybe I'm giving "Red" too much credit. Maybe it IS just a blatant swipe. But it works, for whatever you're gonna say.
