Mel Allen Sports Comics #5 (actually #1), Standard Publications, 1949.
Has some rather good George Tuska art. This book was found in a very old bookshop in Lisbon, Portugal, alone amongst some rather adult publications. I'm betting the kid who took it overseas, so many years ago, never imagined it would end up here.
