Comment: This is the first issue of the 1953 series (Master Comics imprint). Since we are using v1 to reference the original 1951 series and v2 to reference the 1953 series (where the numbering was restarted), I believe this should actually be Romantic Hearts v2 001 (even though the indicia refers to this second series as Vol 1). Otherwise, we have no way to distinguish between this issue and the issue #1 from March 1951.

Comment: It Can be distinguished by the indicia. All the issues say vol 1. This issue adds "Number 1, July 1953, published by Master Comics". Also the cover's number is #1 (the second '1' of Story Comics' #11 is erased).

This is the exact same book as "Romantic Hearts" #11 from Story Comics (although the indicia there says "Master Comics", too). The "No. 11" on the cover has been whited out to a "No. 1".
