Hi,
The new posting of Popular Comics #107 has the description of (no Felix) (no cf) in the header, but the missing CF in the original version is present in this one.
Originally pages 25 to 28 were missing in the first version, in this one pages 25 to 27 have been added, page 28 is the first page of the Felix strip through to page 32 which can not be included as Felix is not PD.
I think that the (no cf) can be removed in this case as we have 3 out of 4.
