HI all.
My mother, Isabelle Daniel Hall Fiske Calhoun, or Barbara Hall, died this past April. She was the artist for quite a few (it seems) strips during WWII, including probably The Black Cat and definitely "Girl Commandoes" and THe Blonde Bomber.

Actually, I'm looking for more image of or from The Blonde Bomber, a strip I am not very familiar with .  I want to thank Trina Robbins for bringing my mother's career as a cartoonist to light in "The Great Women Cartoonists" and "Pretty in Ink."   I'd like to read more Blonde Bomber stories if I can and perhaps work out making a t-shirt or rubber stamp of that design if it is available now in Public Domain.

Anyone who has hear of her or who enjoys her work, please get in touch?
Thanks!

The Grand Comics Database has her credited with only a few stories:
http://www.comics.org/credit/name/barbara%20hall/sort/alpha/

She appears to have slipped her signature onto this page:

This story is attributed to her:

And so is this one:
