I removed two frames from one spot and added one to Lady Luck's intro... I also cleaned up a few frames that had some odd dots on them. As you probably know first hand, weird things sometimes happen when you reduce the image and then convert it to another format.
I think it helped a bit to smooth out what I felt were some rough patches without adding a whole lot more animation... I'm not Walt Disney.
I've changed the link back to point to this new version, but feel free to copy over the file and change it again if you want. I have free bandwidth but limited space over where I'm hosted.
