Need help with a Street and Smith character

Hi folks,
Been a while, I first want to say it was great to see that Green Giant #1 and Captain Flight #11 (Blue Flame) had been uploaded, Thanks! I am in the middle of doing a Golden Age mural of heroes (Both Public Domain and Copyrighted, and I have most references but one I can't find is the Black Crusader who appeared in Street and Smith's Red Dragon Comics 6 and 8 (according to the old SFCA The Illustrated Comic Collectors Handbook). Besides the illo in the Handbook, below is all I can find.

I'd like a better reference for my inker (Jeff Austin), can someone just scan a panel of him so I can see all of his costume?
