Sorta strange to put the Hermit as the cover feature of Swift Arrow's own book. The Lone Rider/Rider books were never standout titles, but still delivered some fun stories.

And one more Lone Rider - #14! (upgraded via my CP)

That's my last LR rescan. Unfortunately, I can't improve or complete all the inc issues I uploaded back then... they weren't my scans.

Back over to Avon Comics for a Partial rescan of Jesse James 18 - the fc & one JJ story (with Joe Kubert art) (and a renaming of all the scans which I originally named as JJ14). The story is a reprint from JJ #5, but that comic needs an upgrade too (I don't have it).
The rest of the comic is reprinted from the Teddy Roosevelt comic which has better scans.
And, yet one more time I need you to dump the old version; thx again!

I also did a cosmetic upgrade of JJ 19 (screenshots & desc); I'm going to rescan at least part of it soon.

I have a request. If you are going to post a scan of a book which is actually a composite of reprinted stories taken from other books, as you have done here, can you put something in the issue title to indicate this? It will make it easier for us to identify such issues, so they can be rescanned someday if the entire issue can be found in good condition.

While it's nice to have prettier scans of certain stories all in one file, it doesn't always result in an accurate copy of the book in question. Sometimes there are color, dialog or even artwork changes when a story is reprinted, and many of us find those differences important. Plus, I would already have the reprinted stories as part of the issue they came from, so the replacement pages are duplicates of something I already have.

Thanks for all of your time and work on these and other books :)

I see 'partial rescan' is in the name now.  I think that covers what Moose was asking.

Thanks for the upgrades Len!

My partial rescan of Jesse James #19 is now done.

These 2 JJ scans were not compilations using the original-story comics; they're the complete reprint issues but with rescans of the Kubert-JJ stories. My added commentary is that if you want better scans of the the non-JJ stories, you can find them in the original-story comics (the reprints are identical to the originals... not re-colored, etc).
I wasn't going to bother upgrading these 2 comics at all, but in both cases the scans of the original-story JJ comics (#s 5 & 6) also aren't the greatest. If I'd had those comics, I would've rescanned them instead of the reprinted JJ stories in 18 & 19.

Now it's time to say goodbye to all of 2018...
with the end of a series: Singing Guns! (one of the 7 unnumbered ones)... the last of 21 Fawcett Movie comics (but one cf is still needed, for #14).

Happy MMXIX to all!

Always a good day when a title is completed!  (mostly)
Thanks very much for all you've done to make DCM such a great site Len.
Here's to an even better 2019 for everyone.
